1. First we gather information from you the customer about the pool and/or spa.
2. The pump and filter system is checked for any wet spots or drips.
3. A detailed inspection of the shell, tile, light, main-drain, jets, skimmer(s), etc. is performed.
4. If leaking plumbing lines are suspected to be the cause, then we move forward to pressurizing the lines with water. Once the line(s) are confirmed to be losing pressure, they are then filled with air.
5. With the lines pressurized with air, an electronic underground listening device is used to pinpoint the exact spot of the leak within a small amount of area.

You ask, what is included with the leak detection? For the repairs, a two-part epoxy putty may be used in some instances.
